Day One’s Giveaway:Official Rules

1. Sponsoring Entity This Day One’s Giveaway (“the Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Esq. Bae Inc., a California professional corporation (“Sponsor”). This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram/Meta. Any information you provide is given to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.

2. Eligibility This giveaway is open only to existing and new followers of Esq._Bae_Inc. ( "the Official IG") who at the time of entry are at least 18 years of age and legal residents of, and residing within, the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia ("the Participant"). Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period The drawing period will begin on April 3rd, 2026 and run through May 3rd, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this time period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

• Existing Followers: All  followers of the Official IG during the Giveaway Period will be automatically entered into the  drawing. If an existing follower wishes to opt-out, they must notify  the Sponsor via Instagram DM.
• Additional Entries: Participants can earn one (1) additional entry for each unique business owner tagged in the comments section of the giveaway post on the Official IG and five (5) additional entries for each repost of the giveaway post, with tag of the Official IG, to the Participants Instagram story. 
• Entry Limit: There is no limit to the number of entries a Participant may submit. 

5. Winner Selection and Verification

• Following Requirement: Selected winners must still be following the Sponsor’s Instagram page at the time of the drawing and  verification. If a selected potential winner is not a follower at that time, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected at  random.
• Contact: The Sponsor will attempt to reach out to the potential winner via Instagram DM no later than May 9th, 2026.
• Response Deadline: The potential winner must  respond to the Sponsor’s DM within seven (7) business days of the message’s  send time to provide their mailing details.
• Forfeiture: If a potential winner does not respond within the designated timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or  cannot provide the necessary information, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

6. Random Drawing/Odds of Winning  The odds of winning the Giveaway depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The Sponsor’s decisions will be final and binding as to all matters pertaining to this Giveaway. A party designated by the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) winner from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. 

7. Prize Details

• The Prize: The prize consists of one curated Esq. Bae gift box containing one (1) Bae mug, three (3) Esq. Bae Inc. pens, two (2) Esq. Bae Inc. stickers, and at least (2) assorted stickers chosen at random by the Sponsor (“the Prize”), with an estimated      retail value of $25.00.
• No Substitute: Prizes are non-transferable and  may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
• Mailing: The prize package will be mailed via a standard carrier no later than thirty (30) days after the Sponsor receives a valid and verified mailing address from the winner.

8. Limitations of Liability By participating, you agree that the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, are not responsible for:        (1) any late, lost, misdirected, or failed entries; (2) any computer, phone, or technical malfunctions; (3) any errors in the administration of the giveaway or the announcement of the winner; and (4) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the giveaway or receipt of the prize.

9. Disqualification The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be: (1) tampering with the entry process or operation of the giveaway; (2) acting in violation of these official terms and conditions; or (3) using invalid or fake Instagram accounts or any automated bots to enter.

10. General Conditions This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All interpretations of these rules and decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if any problem corrupts the administration or proper play of the contest.

11. Choice of Law All matters arising out of or relating to this Giveaway are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of California. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be instituted in the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City and County of Los Angeles, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.

12. Publicity Rights By acceptance of any Prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor, the perpetual right to use his/her name, personal information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except as and where prohibited by law.

13. Release By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of a Prize, or arising out of use of or participation in any Giveaway or Prize-related activity. 

14. General By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules as stated herein and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void in all jurisdictions other than the 50 United States/District of Columbia and where prohibited by law. 

15. Winners List The winner of this Giveaway will be announced on the Sponsor's Instagram page at the Official IG within thirty (30) days after an eligible winner has accepted the Prize.
